On November 30, 2022, at approximately 5:15 p.m., the pictured suspect entered Beno's Liquor store located at 102 North Wood Ave and attempted to purchase a small bottle of liquor. The suspect reportedly did not have enough money, and when the employee refused to sell the liquor at a discounted price the suspect became irate. He allegedly threatened to kill the employees and threw several large bottles of red wine at the employees causing injuries and an estimated $3,000 dollars in damage before he grabbed a clear plastic container of small liquor bottles and fled the store.
